My practice is open to adults regardless of race, color, creed, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, health status, age, physical, or mental ability. I am committed to providing a safe environment of care that affirms the dignity, worth, and value of all people.

In your first therapy session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for treatment. We will also talk about your medical history and any current symptoms you may be experiencing.

The frequency of therapy sessions will depend on your individual needs and goals. Many clients attend therapy once a week, while others may attend less frequently. We will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.

Deep Story Waters Psychotherapy is located on the Third Floor of Three Financial Center at 900 South Shackleford Road in Little Rock, AR.

The fee for an initial intake assessment is $200.

The fee for a 60-minute session is $150.

I do not accept insurance. Deep Story Waters Psychotherapy is self-pay only. I do accept FSA and health savings cards.

I can provide a superbill for clients to file for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

I prefer in-person therapy sessions. When necessary, telehealth sessions are an option for established clients.
